Clothing Returns & Exchanges

  1. An uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. It must clearly show sealed package before opening, shipping label and the product received.
  2. Claims made without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
  3. Clothing items may be returned or exchanged within days 3 of delivery.
  4. The item should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. 
  5. Original tags, labels, and packaging should be intact. 
  6. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  7. Size exchange is available subject to stock availability. 
  8. Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  9. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
  10. First-time customers enjoy free returns on their first order – no return fee applies. For all subsequent orders, a reverse shipment fee of ₹40 per item is charged, upto ₹100.

Jewelry Returns & Exchanges

We strive to deliver the highest quality products. As a general policy:

  1. No returns or exchanges are offered for items delivered in the best of condition due to hygiene issues.
  2. If the product is delivered in error (e.g., does not match the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will re-fulfill your order upon
    verification. The correct product will be delivered within 10 working days.

Exchanges only allowed if:

  1. A wrong item was delivered. 
  2. The product arrived damaged. 
  3. A manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery. 
  4. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

  8. Exchange shipping is charged at ₹99.

Zinarié reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
